Skyline Pacific Properties, LLC (“SKYLINE”) is a private entrepreneurial real estate investment company that specializes in the acquisition, repositioning, management and disposition of single tenant commercial real estate assets throughout the United States. Skyline has purchased over 2,500 commercial properties and closed over $7 billion in transactions since Skyline was formed in 1993. Skyline currently owns a portfolio of approximately 300 commercial properties, including retail, office, industrial, residential and hotel properties valued at over $500 million. Skyline is also an experienced investment and property manager with in-house accounting, development, property management, investment management, construction and legal capabilities.

Richard C. Ronald
Founder and Principal
Richard C. Ronald co-founded Skyline and specializes in underwriting, structuring, capitalizing, and managing Skyline’s investments. Prior to founding Skyline, Rick worked at Grubb and Ellis Company as an Investment Real Estate Salesperson for 8 years. Rick earned a BS in Business Administration (emphasis in real estate and finance) from the University of California at Berkeley in 1985, received his California brokerage license in 1990, and his CCIM designation in 1992. Rick has been involved in the acquisition, management, and disposition of over $7 billion of commercial real estate in his career.
D. Scott Ruegg
Founder and Principal
D. Scott Ruegg co-founded Skyline and oversees all accounting, property management and personnel functions at Skyline. Prior to co-founding Skyline, Scott was a principal at Rue-Ell Enterprises, Inc., where he directed corporate operations and managed a diverse portfolio of retail and office properties. Scott is also a licensed real estate broker. Scott has been involved in the acquisition, management and disposition of over $6 billion of commercial and residential real estate in his career. Scott is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Richard H. Merryman
Founder and Principal
Richard H. Merryman co-founded Skyline and has over 30 years of expertise in sourcing, underwriting, purchasing and selling commercial properties. For the past 26 years, Rich has been associated with Marcus & Millichap, where he has brokered over 1,450 transactions totaling over $2.25 billion, and is a top producer nationally. Rich is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
David J. Moore
Principal
David J. Moore joined Skyline in 2008 and specializes in underwriting, structuring, capitalizing and managing Skyline investments. Prior to joining Skyline Dave managed regional operations for a home builder and worked at White & Case, LLP and Winston & Strawn, LLP, as a real estate attorney. Dave has been involved in the acquisition, management and disposition of over $5 billion of commercial real estate in his career. Dave is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Virginia School of Law.
Bill Schofield
Principal
Bill Schofield joined Skyline in 1997 and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and transacting on new opportunities nationwide for Skyline. For the past 25 years, Bill has also been associated with Marcus & Millichap where he has completed over 1,200 transactions across 45 states. Bill primarily specializes in single-tenant and retail opportunities throughout the country. Bill is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
Long Wu
Chief Financial Officer
Long Wu joined Skyline Pacific Properties as Comptroller in May 2009. Long manages the accounting for the company’s real estate holdings and quick service restaurant operations. Prior to joining Skyline Pacific Properties, Long worked as Director of Finance at Embark Corp as Comptroller at PC Professionals and as Comptroller at Daprano & Companies. Long earned his MBA in Finance and International Business from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He earned his B.A. in English Literature at Sichuan International Studies University in Chongqing, China.
Juliette Rousseau
Investors Relations
Juliette joined Skyline Pacific Properties in 2012. After 10 years as Skyline’s Office Manager Juliette now focuses on Skyline’s Investor Relations and Human Resources.
Prior to working at Skyline, Juliette was an accountant, HR assistant and office manager for Conversion Management Associates, a project management company in San Francisco. Juliette graduated with a master’s degree in modern literature from Aix-Marseille Université, France.
Leila Sharif
Manager
Leila joined Skyline Pacific Properties in June 2022 as the Office and Property Manager. She brings with her over 6 years of administrative and managerial experience, as well as over 10 years of experience in hospitality management. Prior to working at Skyline, Leila was a General Manager and Executive Assistant for a Law firm and Home Health Care company in the Bay Area. Before obtaining her BS degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Francisco State University, Leila worked as a pastry chef in Saratoga. Leila has recently graduated with her second Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
Sara Saidi
Paralegal
Sara joined Skyline Pacific Properties in 2012 as a paralegal and assistant to Dave Moore. Sara has over 10 years of administrative and managerial experience.
Sara graduated with a BA in International Law from the Ikh Zasag University in Mongolia in 2004, and recently received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Oakland, California.
Mark Lerma
Accountant
Mark joined the Skyline Accounting team in mid-2013. Mark is in charge of Accounts Payable and Receivable for many Skyline entities, and handles all the distribution payments to Investors. Prior to working for Skyline, Mark was a property accountant for UDR, Inc., a Real Estate Investment Trust in San Francisco. Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Accounting from San Francisco Golden Gate University.
Marc Di Tirro
Accountant
Marc began working with Skyline Pacific Properties LLC in 2012. Marc specializes in Account Payable and Account Receivable. Prior to working for Skyline, Marc was an Operations Clerk with Wells Fargo Bank. Marc graduated from CSU Fresno in 2010 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Business with an emphasis in accounting.
Christina Corona
Accountant
Christina began working at Skyline Pacific Properties LLC in April 2021. She specializes in Accounts Payable. Prior to working for Skyline, Christina was a Travel and Expense Specialist/ Accounts Payable accountant at Benefit Cosmetics LLC. She graduated from The University of San Francisco in 2018 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Accounting.
