Bill Schofield specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and retail properties nationwide. In addition to his responsibilities at Skyline Pacific Properties, Bill has been a licensed agent since 1998 with Marcus & Millichap, the nation's largest investment brokerage company with over 1200 agents. Bill has routinely been recognized as a top retail producer at Marcus & Millichap. He was San Francisco's Rookie of the Year in 1998, named a Senior Associate in 2002, and was promoted to Director of the National Retail Group in 2004.

Throughout Bill's commercial real estate experience, he has completed over 350 transactions with a value in excess of $400 million in net lease properties. He has handled transactions for all client types ranging from individual, private investors to Institutional clients.

Bill graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Economics and Political Science.
