Rick is one of the Founders and Partners of Skyline Pacific Properties, a private real estate investment company established to acquire and develop commercial real estate throughout the United States. Throughout his career, Rick has been involved with over $1 billion in real estate transactions.

Rick became a licensed California Real Estate Sales Agent and joined Grubb & Ellis Company as an investment and industrial broker. He worked with Grubb & Ellis leasing and selling industrial property from 1985 to 1995.

In 1990, Mr. Ronald received his California Real Estate Broker's License and in 1992, he earned his CCIM designation.

Richard C. Ronald earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley's School of Business Administration with emphases in Finance and Real Estate in 1985.
