Acquisitions Director

Colby J. Moore serves as Acquisitions Director at Skyline Pacific Properties LLC. Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 1997, Colby has participated in closed transactions exceeding $150 million.

Prior to joining Skyline, Colby served as Junior Managing Partner with the Lynxs Group LLC, a developer of on-airport distribution facilities. In addition to sourcing and underwriting new developments, Colby was instrumental in securing the air cargo facility development rights at Austin Bergstrom International Airport. While at Adler Realty Investments in Lost Angeles, Colby served as Director of Multi-Family Acquisitions where he sourced and underwrote investments in multi-family properties nationwide.

Since joining Skyline in 2005, Colby has specialized in sourcing and underwriting single-asset and portfolio sale-leaseback transactions in the retail, office, and industrial sectors.

Colby holds a BA in History & Government from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
