Richard is one of the Founders and Partners of Skyline Pacific Properties, a private real estate investment company established to acquire and develop commercial real estate throughout the United States.

In addition to his responsibilities at Skyline Pacific Properties, Richard is a licensed real estate with over 20 years experience specializing in the sale of commercial properties. For the past 18 years Richard has been associated with Marcus & Millichap, the nation's largest investment brokerage company with over 1200 agents. Richard is routinely recognized as a top producer with this brokerage firm. He is also a Senior Director of the National Retail Group, and consistently one of the Top 25 producers nationally for Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career at Skyline Pacific Properties and Marcus & Millichap, he has completed nearly 800 transactions totaling over $1 billion.

Richard graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Science.
