In January 2006, Skyline Pacific Properties joined forces with Joie De Vivre, a boutique hotel operator, to purchase the Maxwell Hotel in San Francisco, CA. The Maxwell Hotel is a 153 room hotel located one block off of Union Square adjacent to the St. Francis Hotel.
