In March of 2003, Skyline Pacific Properties, along with its joint-venture partner, Fortress Investment Group, completed a $21 million sale-leaseback with Don Pablo's Restaurants. The transaction consisted of 15 properties in 5 states. Upon close of escrow, Skyline and Don Pablo's executed new long-term leases for each location. The transaction closed on time.
