Vice President

Dave serves as Vice President of Skyline Pacific Properties, a private real estate investment company established to acquire and develop commercial real estate throughout the United States. Throughout his career, Dave has participated in over $1 billion in real estate transactions.
 
Prior to joining Skyline Pacific Properties, Dave assisted numerous entities in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties as an attorney with White & Case, LLP and Winston & Strawn, LLP. His commercial experience includes transactions involving retail, office, hotel and industrial properties. Dave has also managed various regional business operations for Shea Homes’ Northern California division. His residential experience includes managing an array of development processes, including land acquisition, entitlement, permitting, and construction.

Dave earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
