In December of 2004, Skyline Pacific Properties, along with its joint-venture partner, Fortress Investment Group, completed a $163 million sale-leaseback with Church's Chicken Restaurants. The transaction consisted of 335 properties nationwide. Upon close of escrow, Skyline and Church's executed new long-term leases for each location. The transaction closed on time.
