In June of 2008, Skyline Pacific Properties, along with its joint-venture partner, Fortress Investment Group, completed a $348 million sale-leaseback with Applebee’s Restaurants. The transaction consisted of 181 properties nationwide. Upon close of escrow, Skyline and Applebee's executed new long-term leases for each location. The transaction closed on time.
